eROBOT focuses on Green Deal Strategy by oil waste elimination in robotics providing a Robot Self-Maintenance Solution. Costly maintenance of industrial robots and high oil contamination genarates overheating which cuts robot lifetime and production line downtime cuts revenues. We provide autonomus system based on tribodiagnostics and oil cleaning. The core of this system is needed preventive maintenance of the Robot. Our SW analyzes all major lubrication parameters and the HW that analyzes to initiate our self-healing system because proper robot lubrication has positive impact on energy consumption. We theach robots to protect themselves and to keep them in the best operational condition. Our solution helps to solve problem of global robotics.
